Samantha is a conflict management consultant and mediator who has extensive experience across the sport system in Canada. In experiencing a challenging and disjointed SafeSport process as a complainant, Samantha refocused her education and career on Conflict Management in order to create spaces that allow for inclusive, equitable and collaborative conflict management practices.
Samantha holds a B.A. in Psychology, and a M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Management. With specific research and expertise in the adaptive and disability sport system, Samantha approaches conflict management and capacity building through a lens that understands the disparate needs of stakeholders and adopts a shared approach to decision making.
